Most of our guests are students from local colleges as well as executive relocations. Several times we've hosted interns and members of the academic community. Sometimes we host families in need of emergency housing or families who are remodelling their homes.
We are quite flexible with the bedroom configurations. If guests feel more comfortable with their own bed or small furniture we are happy to remove bedroom items to make space. Common areas areas are not so easy to change. We found that the current configuration of the common areas best supports our application.
